The main idea of this book is that a boy named Mackenzie who gets a dog named Cash. His dad throws Cash out to live on his own. The negative part of this book is that he is forced to fight in illegal dog fighting. The positive part of this book is that Mackenzie and Cash are reunited. I would recommend this book for dog lovers. This book is for all ages.
