When budget cuts are low, Hart Evens decides to play a trick on his music teacher. His music teacher gets really upset and tells the children that the concert was on their own. Hart Evens then takes charge and pulls the whole thing together and comes with a great concert. When Hart finds out that his music teacher is fired, he gets upset and mad. But it is too late.
