Shawn McDaniel, a14-year-old boy, was physically and mentally disabled from birth. The problem is he thinks his dad wants to kill him not out of hate, but out of live. This story tells the reader about Shawn's live. It teaches readers about how sad a person's life could be. I recommend this book to preteens and higher due to some language in the book.
