This book is about a 15 year old boy named Cole Matthews. He wears handcuffs quite often. But when the Cole cracks the skull of a young boy named Peter, he gets a harsher punishment. This time he does not chose to get to sail, he goes to tan abandoned Alaskan island where a white spirot bear lives. When Cole fights it, he rocks every bone in his body, but feels a strange peace!
